We use the same engine as our full drinks calculator: drinking guests × bar hours × drinks per hour, plus a buffer. Wine’s share is rounded up to servings, then divided by five glasses per 750 mL bottle and rounded up again.
Is this for a wine-only bar?
Set wine’s share to 100% for a wine-only alcoholic selection. If you serve beer or spirits too, reduce the share. Five glasses per bottle assumes 150 mL pours; ask your provider to confirm pour sizes.
